When the booking is made, the Zoom meeting is automatically scheduled with the API and thus, you can send the URL of the meeting to the client, staff, admin via the Workflow module. This eliminates the need for manual operation and automates the entire process. Joining Zoom meetings is very easy. In addition to accepting the Zoom meeting link via the notifications, both customers and staff members will be able to attend the relevant Zoom meeting from their own panels. The “Start Meeting” button can be found on the Staff admin panel.
